Sounds like you are way ahead of the game where you are at. We really don't have a need for most of it where we fly. The VNAV is nice for crossing restrictions, but that's about it. Heck, we can't even do RNP or CAT 2 in the jet! No coupled VNAV there either, you have to dial her down.

It looks like you could hold PHL Dash CA within a few months. As more of the junior folks slide to the EMB, I would say maybe 3-4 months out of training. You could probably get MDT straight away, which depending on where you are coming from wouldn't be the worst commute ever. Flights from PHL, ORD, CLT on AA, IAD or ORD on UA, and DTW or ATL on DL.
