Pedro, on the other hand has fought tooth and nail for us from day one. He actually does care and has been pushing for greater improvements for us going back to the whole "vote NO" fiasco of 2014. Ask any Union rep next time you talk to them. Pedro approves every proposal of their's to some degree or other...in some instances actually enhancing it before sending it to AA. Where, in the past, it would die once Scott Kirby got his greasy fingers on it.

Luckily, Kirby is out and Isom is in. In that very short period of time since Kirby got the boot look at how much has been accomplished at Envoy. Pay increases and retention bonuses for Captains is monumental and would have been unheard of just a very short time ago. And tomorrow's news...well, that will just be more.

Point is, Pedro is a good guy. Ric is an idiot who personifies the Peter Principle. For those unfamiliar with what that means, here you go:
