The 135 side is looking for pilots
Current starting pay is:
SIC - 36K + .10/SM
PIC - 42K + .10/SM
$2/hr per diem
Health, Dental, 401K with some matching, CASS, KCM
Work 20 days a month, mostly on the road depending on how busy the month is. 10-50 hrs flight time per month, around 300 hours per year so not the best for time builders, but the upgrade time is short(within a year depending on experience). Relaxed dress code.
Bases in ADS, YIP, ELP. Pilots can commute.
Falcon 20's, GE engines, steam gauges, load your own cargo, blue collar kind of flying.
