Over the last couple of years ENY has flowed pilots to AA, most have come from the E45 and CR7 and have transitioned to the 737,A320 and MD80. Most of the ones that have washed out in recent memory have done so in the MD80 program. The transition to lower automation has caused some their careers. PDT flows Dash-8 drivers to the A320 and E90, I haven't heard much of people washing out.

I have flown the ATR, CRJ, E45 and E75. The least amount of flying and systems intervention required has been the on E75. I felt my flying skills were the best when I was flying the ATR, and I am talking about more that stick and rudder.
