so far sent 253 pilots (projecting 300-330 pilots) in 2016,

With the recent and additional upcoming news a new hire at Envoy can expect to upgrade in less than 3 years and flow to American in 5-6 years.
If your future goal is to work for American, the largest Airline in the world, Envoy is the path to American.

We have not sent 253 this year, we have sent under 200. Our management is telling us they plan on sending 330 next year, though it is true that AA has asked for more than that. While our schedules are still awful I agree that on the whole things are looking up. It's about time.
