Good people of AW deserve to be treated better than left in the dark. Get whatever bonus deal you can and get in front of wave 2 at a WO. ( post bonus/raise). im guessing you're looking at at least 2 mo. for a class. defer if necessary, but get it in your back pocket. Recruiters will know what you're dealing with at Air W.
