And percentage of female pilots at regionals. (Again, percentage regional pilots who are females)
If these numbers tip one way or the other, there's your answer. I am not saying either one of you is right, I'm just saying use facts and not anecdotal evidence to make claims
There are more at the regionals because major airline demographics take decades to catch up to changes due to near-zero turnover prior to age 65.
There are a lot more women pursuing aviation now than 30 (or even 20) years ago.
