The simple answer to your question is RAH is great compared to Colgan. Yes I think XJT is better to currently work for. However there are other things to consider. I wanted to work at XJT, and would have should things have gone that way, but was worried about long term stability. That is an issue for anyone in this industy with the posibilty of another 9/11 happening but I still felt RAH was the most secure of all the regionals except horizon. There are many great things there and several bad. Most regionals seem to be able to say there are many bad things and a few good. RAH will make you happy and that's what counts. Regionals are all crappy and having worked for colgan you'll know how to appreciate what you get.
