Unless there are a bunch of Easter eggs hiding in the TA, I assume the Delta pilots will ratify this offer. With their hourly rates plus profit sharing, after over a decade of crap pay, U.S. pilots will finally be approaching pre-9/11 rates (yes that doesn't include inflation). $300,000 in 2001 is equivalent to $413,000 in today's dollars. U.S. pilots still have some room to go up.
