May not be a brief period......if Flynn, Carlson and the men in suits get their way Kalitta will remain the best of the worst.
and the Atlas guys will get nothing unless they are willing to fight for it. Just saying to management that the we want better than Kalitta ain't going to cut it. We need to send them a clear message during the peak season and stop fixing the obvious deficiencies in crew numbers for them. Sorry to hijack your thread but I get the feeling from some Atlas guys that seem to think we will get a free ride on your coat tails to a better contract......we need to FIGHT for our own contract period.....and again well done to our brothers and sisters.
Edit to say I was not having a pop at whiplash6. I'm just seeing elsewhere Atlas guys saying K4 got X so we get X+. We don't get $hit unless we are willing to fight for it.
