Not much in the way of BBQ joints in Dubai, especially considering the pork angle to it.
You could try Billy Blues in the Rydges Hotel Satwa though. Might have better luck with some Schweinhaxe in a German restaurant. If there isn't anything on the menu you like there is a Mexican restaurant on the same floor that has decent food.
