Those that know me personally know that I do a lot of serious math.

If I were to flow in 5 years, then go to AA, my total compensation at AAG would be under what I'd earn at K4 for the next 21 years.

That assumes 1,000 credit at AA plus the 16% 401(k) contribution, at K4 that's 70 hours a month, a 5 year upgrade, and 5% 401(k) contribution.
