Use the search functions. There's several threads about getting online degrees.

Some will give you credit for your flying training.

I'd recommend six courses, 18 credits, minimum per year. If you bump that to 24 credits you can get a degree in five years. You'd probably have 4,000 - 5,000 TT and be approaching the sweet spot for getting an OTS slot. If you apply to an AA wholly owned you'll get the flow through opportunity. That's an airline job at AA about 8-9 yrs from now.

Stay focused and get your degree. Right now it's a requirement and it's a good back up, or a lead in to a masters, if you lose your medical.
