Apparently some butt-hurt child decided to take a personal gripe and screw everybody by sicking the city on the owner. To the best of my knowledge the Oasis was the only deal of it's kind around. What a shame. Pretty sure every crash pad in NYC is illegal, great job closing one of the best.
