If you want a full face-to-face interview at PSA, you can ask for one. I am sure they will give you one. It is at the US Air Training Facility in CLT, so not very special for you. They will positive space you to an from the interview. You will get an interview with a pilot in uniform, a rep from HR, and someone in management. I think that PSA may be trying to not make you jump through hoops and wasting 2 days of your life. You are a professional pilot, and have been through all of this before. You are a qualified and current airline pilot, with a proven record.

Personally, I would rather just be offered the job over the phone and not waste 2 days of my life going to an interview. But, to each his own.
