In the interview packet there is a self disclosure form that asks if there is anything in your driving record that could negatively effect your candidacy, yes or no. Would a speeding ticket 4 years ago be something to list? Or is this just for a DUI, and reckless op? Not sure how to answer for a speeding ticket.
A speeding ticket negatively affects your driving record. List it. It won't prevent you from getting any airline job, but not being truthful about a harmless event could be seen as your lack of veracity.
