If Envoy fits your base needs whether it's living in base or having an easy commute I think it's a sound decision. Hiring and attrition from the top will be robust for the foreseeable future which would hopefully lead to quick advancement. The upfront pay will likely be a raise if you're currently a FO at another regional. Good luck with your decision.
