Frankly having my own room in training never concerned me. I'm more frustrated with pay. Why are our brethren at Envoy and Endeavor being paid $20k retention bonuses while we are not? How about we address that issue. New hires will flock to the AA wholly owneds now (it's already happening FYI). And lets not delude ourselves our latest classes have not been seeing the same impressive numbers as they were a few months before summer...so I've heard.
