You think a person is going from zero to hero and then 1465 hours or so in one year? Yikes... Ratings and instructing to 1465 will most likely take 2-3 years. This is just the experience among peers instructing in Phoenix, Arizona.. Not saying it can't be done I'm just saying realistic goals are best set up front and if it happens to work out better than that's the best anyone could hope for.
