Also, XJT has one of the best training departments in the regional world. The only problem with ExpressJet is the upgrade time of 10 years. They are currently over 9 years and not upgrading. They are parking planes by the week, with no end in sight for the next year. It would not surprise me to see down grades on the UA side of the house some time next year.

If you can live off of the $40 FO pay for the rest of the next decade, then go for it. Other wise, find a carrier like Commutair that you can make over $60 an hour in the next few months and get the TPIC.
