Mainline wages at a regional? Are you joking? The new payscale at Delta will top 350/hr plus profit sharing. Regional captains make a little over 100k where Mainline make 250-400k. Not even in the same ballpark. Fo payrates diverge even greater. Guys who weren't interested in the SSP potentially lost millions.
