Maybe I was lucky in the past but after I had about 1.5 years on the bus I was able to avoid most of the 10 hour 3 days.
Coming up on 2 yrs in Nov. Unless I specifically ask for them I've not had any of the 10hr 3 days in months. I will swap into the west coast ones occasionally (SMF, etc.) but as I don't really enjoy the island red eyes I avoid them.
