No one is saying there are only unqualified pilots in a flow program. You need to get out of that mindset. You're programmed by some bias to assume that Delta thinks flow pilots are degenerates or something of the like.

Let's not go down a rabbit hole. In any program, flow, or interview process a few will get through that the majority view as unworthy. Keeps the 5% rule alive and it's a fact of any job in any sector. In the end, you can't personally control it and can only do the your own best.
