I'm sure they will pick up again when the big boys start hiring in larger numbers. The exodus to SWA has stopped.
I personally know of 2 that have left since signing. If they keep picking apart the contract more will continue to leave. I think most people were hopefully about the contract but as time goes by we are realizing not much is going to change. Im still considering leaving and I'm in the top 1/3rd.
