Up to 25% of United's new hire classes are supposed to come from L-XJT current pilots. Commutair has the same program with a smaller percentage. This is not a flow, just preferential hiring. It is open to all L-XJT pilots that can pass the Hogan, interview, and other requirements (sick calls, college).
