1st year min guarantee with the 20k bonus for 145/CRJ is about $54k gross. 2nd year with the 10k retention bonuses is about 46k gross. All assuming min guarantee only and no per diem. Training pay should bump that up a couple grand for first year, but only a couple depending on how long training takes. I spent two months at home with full training pay waiting for my turn in the 175 sims in STL. Would've been better at $37.90 an hour instead of $25.80, but still not bad. With a 76-hour line this month, with per diem I should bring home about $2800 net for all of October, and I was hired in late April. For me, the retention bonus nets me about $1750 extra every 3 months.

After 7 years in 121, I'm actually quite happy here at Envoy.
