Pretty sure you will fly tons at XJT. My buddy recently left SkyWest for ExpressJet because SkyWest 'promised' him a base, they sent him somewhere else, and he only flew twice on reserve in two months at SkyWest. He is flying tons at XJT now. With XJTs contract you have two preferences on reserve 'will fly' (call me first) and 'no preference' and they have an 'aggressive pickup window' where a reserve can call and pick up trips in open time. He is loving it supposedly.
