We will know in less than a week how sr/jr this vacancy bid goes in BOTH seats and backfills for ca system wide. Anything is possible. If they don't fill lga w base transfers on the fo side then you very likely will see it in numerous upcoming new hires. Especially because many awarded it in new hire against their desire will base transfer out ASAP.
Regardless I think emj145 will always be available in some form in most if not all upcoming new hire classes. Speak to recruitment and stress how you live near NYC and the 145 is very important to you. They have been accommodating to this type request.
