Are you keeping your seniority when you come back? I'm not sure about the 200 side, but on the 7/900 side I have only credited more than 100 hours once. That was in July during the summer. Other than that it's really a hit or miss. I've been here a year and only broke guarantee 3 or 4 times. In July of this year is when I got most flying and money. Reserve seems to be getting longer each year here. It's the most frustrating thing ever. I barely have anybody under me on the 7/9. I would gladly go to the 200 if it wasn't a $3 pay cut.
