I haven't seen this in the released AIPs, not have I seen it discussed anywhere regarding the AIP. Is Virtual Basing in the AIP somewhere? is so where? and were is the POR/CON discussion of it? This was a troubling scenario for me, and I haven't heard anything about it recently.
