It is sad. Especially since it is coming from our Bargaining Agent who we pay money to bargain for us.
Just look at the typical Yes at any cost person below. Typical you are DPA so you are discredited junk. Since I am not, nor ever been a DPA member, it is classic that is all he ever responds to facts with. ALPA is the only collective bargaining agent I have and they are doing a terrible job presenting the cons right now.

Rotations Withheld from PBS Award When Designated for OE/TOE
Currently, the PWA allows the Company to remove from open time a rotation that has been designated for OE at any time on or after the 25th of the month prior to the month in which the rotation is scheduled to operate.
There is no specified meaning of the term “designated for OE,” nor is there a limit to the number of rotations that may be so removed. The TA provides bookends for both of these parameters, in exchange for moving up the date on which such removals may occur.
