Compass pilots must have a minimum of 1500 hours of total flight time with 1000 hours of multi-engine time. Applicants must possess a Federal Communication Commission restricted Radio Telephone Operator permit. A Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Multi-engine (ME) Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate is preferred. Applicants must have a valid first class medical certificate obtained within the six months prior to application. Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, but a college degree is preferred. Applicants must have a valid passport.
