To each his own, but there's absolutely a reason to stay at Mesa - for the time being - if you're building some TPIC. As for FO's, unless that upgrade is getting close, I'd agree it might be time to look elsewhere.
Well, you "could" make a diagonal move to another regional, or you "could" make a vertical move to a cargo company like many Mesa people have done lately. Don't have to limit yourself to an RJ.
