I have no airline experience just corporate so I know on the 1st and 15th exactly what will be deposited in my account and that number is the same all year.

What would be a good figure to expect for monthly earnings, with per diem and whatever else is included? Thanks in advance
Well, it all depends on what deductions you take out. Single? Married? 401k? Insurance? Dependent care? Ltd? Calculate guarantee add 250 at 1.85 for per diem and you get your base salary.

Married two kids.... the guy above numbers were close to mine with out OT. But that's not to say yours would be more or less.
