I made a lateral move from Eagle to Skywest. Been home way more do to living in base.. been the best 14 years for raising kids. Looking at it now. Had I stayed. I would be at AA (via the flow). Would the pain of the commute been worth it..?? Who knows. Even 15 years later you will ask yourself if you made the right choice... do whats best for the next 5 years of your life. Thats my advice..
