No- Im saying that its a tactic that I have seen by the same company that RAH used to drag theirs out for 7+ years. Its only the beginning- these people do this for a living. They are already preparing for mediation and are probably practicing with NMB mock trials

- Not sure about that, but lets remain circumspect---Anything we take now WILL directly affect when and how much we get later. To what degree, no one knows.
