Yes vote here, I'm not voting on a TA. It won't change my stance today, I will still be expecting my 25+% raise and better work rules from where I am today. This has nothing to do with adding to the length of our negotiations... optimistically thinking spring of '18. Management knows they have to pay more or this ship will sink.
No pilot at JB in there right mind will vote on anything mediocre. We will get the contract we deserve and take the 8% along the way.

Exactly, turning down around $5000 a year to send some message doesn't make any sense...
This doesn't change my feeling on wanting a industry leading A32X rate that also gives us better insurance, profit sharing, etc.... I know of no one that would vote for anything less... Why should I be I turn down 8% while we wait for a contract....
