At Colgan, you folks that failed to vote, got what you voted for, more of the same and maybe worse now that the company knows what kind of people they are dealing with.

To vote NO was simply to not call in, there was no way to vote NO for representation once you called in. You could vote ALPA or other union but couldn't vote no.
