Keep in mind that the profit sharing now is not set at 15%. It's only that high because we have been making lots of money. Look up what it was in 2011 or 2012. It's only been high the last couple of years. This new PS is guaranteed 10%, now it's not. It also bumps up in high profit years. Even if it is just 10, it's still a 3% bump. Plus 3 more holidays.
