Yes. But they're limited to 58 hours minimum or lose benefits. Take away the bennies and there's no limit on how low they can go (and how high the rest of us will have to go to cover for it).
This would be a QOL windfall for a select few seniors...and it's a zero-sum game.

I tend to agree. Part time FA's is one thing, but if the company were to go wholesale for part-time pilots I think safety would suffer and the company knows it. There's a difference between highly trained and highly proficient professionals vs. highly trained but rusty professionals.
