Is L3 FAR 135 flying or standard pt. 91 ???

Silly question, but I will soon apply. I have several employers that are no longer around or in business (PRIA concern) which applies to 135 operators, but not pt. 91.

Also, will L3 accept a long expired security clearance ??? I have one somewhere in the DoD system, just cannot find it.

I meet all there requirements and have extensive worldwide flight experience. I have been to various ISR locations, so I know about the flying and locations.

Looking for any replies.
