Again, I applaud the original 12 in their efforts. They led the charge to successfully fend off an inferior product, and improved it--which most sources said, threatened, and cajoled that it couldn't be done.
Time to digest and decide.

do appreciate your interest in forum decorum, and could have used your support while I was getting slaughtered online during the last TA. The tone really needed a tuning then.
At any rate, I think the overall lesson is that the MEC got this right, and the pilots deserve the most credit of course for last year's vote, and contacting their reps, participating, and directing? Don't you see it that way also?
