So giving the whole company the same raise across the board and across all labor groups, and offering the same to the pilot group is an attempt to undermine negotiations with one labor group? I just don't see it. I would view it as more antagonistic if they had excluded the pilot group from said offer. If nothing else, this gives some pilots enough extra pay to allow them to hold out for something better if we don't get industry standard initially, instead of settling for something less, but better than we have now. BL: I don't think we lose any negotiating capital by accepting this.
