Personally, I'd look at the quality of life and upgrade time for your new carrier. Keep those based in Denver on the top of your list and put those with a one leg commute just below them. Avoid anything to do with IAH, EWR and ORD and you'll most likely have a pretty easy commute. It's okay to shoot for a Denver based carrier. However, if you look for a company based solely on a domicile, you'll be very disappointed if they decide to make a change and move your aircraft to a new, less desired, domicile.
