I partially agree with this.
The only thing I think is different is that our NC and MEC/LEC will never let a substandard TA even get to us.
They know what we're worth across the board from pay/benefits to work rules, etc.
So does the company.
I'm confident we'll get a top-rate TA to vote on the first time. It may take arm twisting.....mediation......info picketing, etc....but I'm comfortable in the end we'll be happy with the outcome.
