Vote yes- enjoy the 500/month- just be aware of the playbook and get ready for more shenanigans. Its a part of CBA negotiations.
When our wages (even after the 8%) are compared to our peers, I don't think the NMB will care that the company threw us a small bone in the meantime as our peers got 20-30% increases on top of already higher pay.
