Umm...that's the whole point, part of the ULCC model is to get high longevity the heck out of here. They care very much that he/she is leaving because if they didn't leave, it'd be a problem.

Like you said, very intelligent people with years and years of longevity are leaving precisely because they are smart enough to understand industry average is a pipe dream at an ULCC.
