Don't you guys know you're just helping Euro and Bendover look good and sabotaging any leverage we have with their obvious lack of crew staffing.
Aren't we trying to show investors how screwed up our management really is? Even if you're not inclined to slow down a little bit and be extra safe, why do you feel the need to go into the ACARS and adjust the out times when you do run naturally late?
Personally, I like the out time to reflect the actual out time. Changing it, as you point out only covers up the problem. On the other hand, causing a delay screws no one but the gate agent who may have actually done their job.

On the other, other hand, I had an FO take it upon himself to start amending the out because he wanted to be "friends" with the agent.

Anyway, actual out for me.
