Bottom line is that Mesa looks more desperate every day. FOs should be leaving in droves because the only attractive thing about Mesa (the quick upgrade) is long gone and the pay is so far below industry standard at this point that it is laughable. Vote with your feet. If your looking for a regional to begin your airline career at, steer clear.
