To further the discussion, I am at this time looking for other employment due mostly to low wages and job security for what is a very long career ahead of me (hopefully) still. However, I would be very torn to leave this job. Gateway travel (living where you WANT vs living in base or commuting) is fantastic. This job is the most fun I have ever had. Guys at Delta don't get to fly Leipzig-Incheon, or Tokyo-Sydney.

So yes, there are certainly positives.
